As we have used to our clients, in the last 12 years of activity, and in 2020, a particularly complicated year, our team has always been available to customers. Our holidays this year were largely spent in Ireland trying to be as close as possible to clients and their needs. e Koncept has invested massively over the past year both in the facilities of the new office, especially in broadening, preparing and strengthening the team.
